We are proud to announce the return of the Antonine Trail Race. The race will take place on 29th October at 10am, starting and finishing at its traditional place on the ‘bogie line’ near Croy railway station.

Cost is £24 (+entry central booking fee) for non-SAL members. SAL members receive a £2 discount.

You can enter here: https://www.entrycentral.com/Atr2017

This year’s route will be a new one, shortened to 13.1 miles, the traditional half marathon distance.

All runners will receive a goody bag with race t-shirt. There are limited changing facilities and toilets at the Hub. There will be a water station around halfway.

Our charity partner for this race will once again be Play and Learning Support. Please click on this link to learn more about the great work they do for disabled kids in the local community.

We will also be doing a collection for Kilsyth foodbank on the day and we would love it if runners and guests could bring along some items for this cause. Non-perishable goods such as tinned food, dried pasta, condiments and sauces, etc, are all ideal.

Dressing up is optional but encouraged. The race takes place on halloween weekend after all. Check out Colin and Mairi’s awesome effort at the foot of this page!

Please note: there will be no on day entries and that dogs are not allowed with runners on race day. This is a condition of our insurance for the event.
